Aug 03, 2006 (INTHEBLACK - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Most people are enthusiastic when they start working for a new company, only to become disillusioned after several months. When faced with autocratic management styles, excess workloads and aggressive behaviour, new workers develop defence mechanisms. Their response to their company's unethical behaviour is often to act unethically themselves. According to the American Management Association, unethical corporate behaviour is caused in most cases by pressure from management to meet unrealistic business objectives and deadlines. Other factors include peer pressure and a desire to harm the organisation.
