Sep 20, 2006 (Travel Weekly - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australia's travel wholesalers are likely to lose market share if S8 merges with MFS, industry analysts claim. Two wholesalers, Qantas Holidays and Sunlover Holidays, have been identified as the main companies expected to suffer from the proposed merger, according to Linwar Securities analyst Mike Henshaw. AOT MD Paul Scurrah dismissed the claims that its Sunlover brand was at risk, noting that only a "small portion" of its offerings comprised MFS and S8 products.
