First for Aussie garlic paste.

Sep 06, 2006 (Food Week - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A new garlic paste product has gone on sale in Woolworths supermarkets around Australia. The paste, which is being marketed by Perfection Fresh, goes under the "Woolworths Fresh" label. It is made from garlic and olive oil, is sold in a 140g plastic tamper-proof jar and has a shelf-life of six months. One teaspoon of the paste is equivalent to a clove of garlic.
