According to InfoChoice's GM, Denis Orrock, having no deposit is a potential problem underpinning the 100-per-cent-plus loan from firms such as First Permanent and Peach Home Loans. There are also loans with introductory rates, such as the ANZ Bank's Easy Start loan and the Bank of Western Australia's Mortgage Shredder product.
