Bells is snapped up by Hazell.

Oct 31, 2006 (The Mercury - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Bells Constructions & Technologies in Tasmania has been acquired by Hazell Bros Civil Contracting. Bells is currently building a new baggage handling facility for Qantas Airways at Hobart Airport, as well as the Scobies Storage & Business Centres development at Montrose. Hazell Bros managing director, Geoffrey Hazell, noted that Bells' entire workforce of 50 will be retained. Hazell said Bells will provide it with opportunities to undertake specialist projects that complement the core activities of Hazell Bros.
