Oct 29, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Researchers in Taiwan have done some key research on food allergies in children. Their experiments involve giving "kefir", a fermented milk drink, to mice. This slightly alcoholic drink is often used to wean babies in Eastern Europe.
