Oct 20, 2006 (Human Resources - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Human resources managers expect significant changes in talent management in the coming years. Sharon Mattingly, a leader in HR consulting at Hewitt, says a "dramatic" shift will occur in the make-up of the workforce. Chris Watkin, practice leader for talent management at Hay Group, says companies are moving from relying on competencies to identifying high potential and nurturing it. James Taylor, head of recruitment at recruitment and research consultancy FreshMinds, expects "mass customisation", or the provision of individualised talent management on a large scale, to be the major challenge for big companies.
