Oct 24, 2006 (Food Week - ABIX via COMTEX) -- South Korea's first gourmet hamburger chain wants to open branches in Australia and New Zealand. Kraze Burgers is seeking franchise partners. Founded in 1998 in Seoul, Kraze has 12 restaurants serving hamburgers alongside conventional dishes. Its name and logo are a combination of "Korea" and "Craze". The company is seeking a partner to open 10 stores in five years.
