Oct 16, 2006 (BRW - ABIX via COMTEX) -- An entrepreneur can class him or herself a success if they eventually put themselves out of a job. This is the view of Domenic Carosa, the CEO of digital music firm Destra, which appears at 48th place in the 2006 "Fast 100" list, published by "BRW", with revenue of $A33 million and 200 employees. His views are supported by Tom McKaskill of Swinburne University, who says that anyone starting a new company should have an exit plan developed as soon they start their company. Carosa aims to grow Destra to the point where it eventually attracts the attention of a larger company.
