Nov 01, 2006 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australians have flooded the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman with complaints about text message services and ring tones. In 2005-06 consumers lodged 5,890 complaints about services such as horoscopes, which are billed at a far higher rate than standard messages.
