Dec 12, 2006 (New Scientist - ABIX via COMTEX) -- There are many ways in which the clothing and textile sector can reduce its impact on the environment. According to report prepared by two researchers from Cambridge University, they include switching to the use of organic cotton, developing more durable clothes, and encouraging consumers to wash their clothes less often.
