Dec 03, 2006 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The hostilities between Telstra, the Australian Government and the competition watchdog have resumed. Telstra has refused to restart negotiations about building its proposed high-speed broadband network. Coonan says Telstra has the capacity to activate fast broadband across Australia and should do it.
