Jan 07, 2007 (Weekly Tax Bulletin - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A New South Wales court ruled in favour of a taxpayer in a case involving change of responsible entity. The taxpayer was appointed as the new responsible entity of CPT Manager, a managed investment scheme. A land transfer executed after his appointment was stamped at the concessional rate of $A10.
