Feb 07, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A meeting of Citigroup executives is a pivotal issues in the prosecution of Citigroup in relation to insider trading. On 7 February 2007, the barrister prosecuting on behalf of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, James Stevenson, SC, alleged that Citigroup should have advised its client, Toll Holdings, of the trading it undertook in Patrick Corporation shares.
