Feb 07, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A meeting of Citigroup executives is a pivotal issues in the prosecution of Citigroup in relation to insider trading. On 7 February 2007, the barrister prosecuting on behalf of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, James Stevenson, SC, alleged that Citigroup should have advised its client, Toll Holdings, of the trading it undertook in Patrick Corporation shares. The issue of communication with Toll was discussed in the management meeting under analysis.
