Mar 01, 2007 (The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A New South Wales (NSW) corruption investigation has recommended that the government education body redefine assessment guidelines. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) review concluded that the NSW Board of Studies has inconsistent regulations on plagiarism and tutoring in Higher School Certificate (HSC) assessments.
