Mar 04, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Macquarie University management professor, Norma Harrison, has been voted president of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI). Harrison, a strong supporter of her own business school, will replace Mark Davis. Her appointment is perceived as a major coup for the Macquarie Graduate School of Management's reputation in research. The DSI aims to bring together business professionals and academics interested in the "science" of decision-making. It currently has about 3,000 members.
