Cheats make light work of psych tests.

Mar 12, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A debate is raging in Australia about the use of psychological testing in the workplace. Law firms such as Freehills, banks including Macquarie Bank and many other employers use psychological tests. One point of view is that smart candidates can work out the tests quickly, "game" them and manipulate them. Supporters of these tests argue that the more sophisticated tests are unable to be manipulated and they can pinpoint key character traits. Some critics argue that no psychological test can truly predict human behaviour. However, groups like Australian Unity are convinced that the tests have saved them from "near disasters".
