Apr 05, 2007 (INTHEBLACK - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Macquarie Bank's financial services group (FSG) is known for having a culture which is based on working hard and working long hours. Tim Elliott CPA, the financial services group's deputy CFO, routinely works 11-hour days and takes work home on weekends. His wife also works at Macquarie where she is an account executive. Elliott has been with the bank 14 months. In his current role, Elliott is responsible for FSG's finance reporting. He expects his next role to be the CFO position.
