Ad update is not enough for Mitre 10.

Apr 22, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Mitre 10 is being creamed by hardware giant Bunnings, so the executives have sacked their advertising agency. This easy option of swapping agencies will not compensate for the company's deficiencies of small retail stores, a perception that it cannot match Bunnings' low prices, and a weaker product range. Mitre 10 does not know how to compete in a market dominated by a single player or how to achieve a point of difference in marketing. Stopping Mitre 10 losing ground is a tall order for an advertising company.
