Overseas students see the light in Australia.

Apr 29, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australian Government may provide $A5.2 million to the University of New South Wales (UNSW) for students to study photovoltaic clean-energy. Negotiations are almost complete for the sponsoring of 145 students from Asian universities in China, South Korea and India. China's 2005 photovoltaic law caused a surge in interest and the country has a 2020 goal of 16 solar energy. UNSW also has a number of licensing and research partnerships worth millions of dollars in the area.
