Labor's new link to connect with corporates.

Apr 25, 2007 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Lisa Middlebrook is the director of the Australian Labor Party's new Labor Business Forum. She first raised the concept of a permanent officer to liaise between Labor and business with Labor's national secretary, Tim Gartrell, in 2005. Middlebrook said business has been proactive in reaching out to the party to discuss the possibility of a Labor government and ways of communicating with the party.
