May 24, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- In late-May 2007, Google began inserting video advertisements in its online programming for its Adsense clients. The insertion of ads within video streams is a natural progression, as the US online ad market is estimated to reach $A3.6 billion within three years. Large media companies already insert ads within a video stream, but within user-generated videos it is more contentious as video-sharing sites do not want to discourage customers.
