May 09, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Office parks are the most popular solution to the provision of environmentally friendly office space. Many companies have moved to business parks outside city centres to save costs and for environmental and sustainability factors. However, the availability of public transport remains an issue, as governments have been slow to provide infrastructure. A new Australian Building Greenhouse Rating scheme has been introduced that will allow the greenhouse performance of commercial buildings to be assessed.
