Jun 03, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A proposal by the Young Liberals for a medical savings account was dashed at the Liberal Party's federal council on 3 June 2007. The proposal was for a savings fund to be established in which families and individuals could save money and draw on it to pay for medical bills.
