Jun 12, 2007 (Money Management - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A new report from Standard & Poor's suggests a growing correlation between listed property trusts and equities. The company states in its "Asset Allocation: Standard & Poor's Economic and Investment Market Strategy Report" that commercial property trusts are now more vulnerable to increases in short-term interest rates. More diversification is needed in portfolios of commercial properties.
