Ziegler loses battle over Village costs.

Jun 17, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Peter Ziegler sued Village Roadshow for unpaid bonuses. He lost the case and Village Roadshow petitioned for him to be bankrupted. Ziegler has stalled that action, but on 15 June 2007, the Victorian Supreme Court ordered him to pay 90 of Village Roadshow's legal costs in his failed suit, which are expected to be in the millions as the case ran for over 70 days.
