Give more thought to impacts of downsizing.

Jun 18, 2007 (Benchmarking HR - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Organisational restructuring and downsizing have a serious effect on the health of workers. Professor Michael Quinlan, of the School of Organisation & Management at the University of New South Wales, wrote in his recently published paper that employers, unions and regulators need to show more interest in a risk posed by downsizing on the physical and mental wellbeing of workers.
