Jun 18, 2007 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A survey by Mercer Human Resource Consulting shows that Moscow is the most expensive city for expatriates and Asuncion the cheapest. The report, released on 18 June 2007, showed London climbing from fifth to second spot due to steep rents and a stronger pound sterling.
