Outfoxed and in competition with customers.

Australasian Business Intelligence, June, 2007

Jun 20, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Logistics outsourcers failed to meet the challenges facing large companies around 2005. This led to groups such as BlueScope Steel, Coles and Woolworths returning to in-house logistics solutions, rather than relying on supply chain managers such as Toll Holdings or Linfox. BlueScope has even been able to offer its transport service to a competitor, OneSteel.
