Jun 21, 2007 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Fairfax Media has announced the appointment of senior managers after its merger with Rural Press. The Australian newspaper publisher has announced that there will be no changes to the management of "The Age", with Don Churchill retaining management of Victorian publications. Sydney manager, James Hooke, is leaving the company and will be replaced by Lloyd Whish-Wilson, one of four executives from Rural Press who will take senior management positions.
