Finsia sale to Kaplan given green light.

Jun 26, 2007 (Independent Financial Adviser - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Members of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) Education have expressed their support for the sale of the institution to Kaplan. The US group has offered $A36 million for Finsia Education, after buying Tribeca for $A55 million in 2006. A postal ballot showed that 60 per cent of Finsia members voted in favour of the sale, with only 20 per cent of members participating in the vote.
