Fairfax reshuffles pack.

Jun 26, 2007 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Fairfax Media has made more changes to its management after its merger with Rural Press. Fairfax has appointed Robert Savage as an independent director. Savage is the chairman of fund manager, Perpetual, and a former CEO of IBM Australia. In mid-June 2007, several Rural Press executives were appointed to the Australian-listed publisher's top executive team. However, Savage's appointment appears to be unrelated to the merger.
