RMIT buys city buildings and development site for $7.25m.

Jun 26, 2007 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- RMIT University has bought real estate on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD. It is thought that it paid about $A7.25 million for two office buildings and a development site. The three adjoining properties were sold by the Health Services Union of Australia. The shortage of development sites in the area has lifted land values to up to $A6,000 per square metre.
