Meltdown over ice-cream gets a bit sticky.

Jul 02, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian businessman Giuseppe de Simone has survived legal action by the Australian Taxation Office and an investigation by the Australian Crime Commission. However, he may not be as lucky in his current trial. De Simone has been accused of stealing a Cornetto ice-cream from a Melbourne supermarket, and resisting arrest by police after the incident. The businessman maintains his innocence, and has vowed to defend himself against all charges.
