Jul 03, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australia's AMP Capital and Folkestone have sold a parcel of industrial land that they officially settled on just days ago. The joint venture between the two companies paid $A25.5m for the Melbourne land, however the deal only settled on 30 June 2007. Toll Holdings is the new owner of the land, and is believed to have paid up to $A37m for the 52-hectare property. AMP Capital's Dale Phillips says the group will allocate the capital to other projects.
