B&B Power the winner in Alinta deal.

Jul 03, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Babcock & Brown Power will benefit from the division of the assets of Australian utility, Alinta. Babcock & Brown and Singapore Power are splitting the assets between their funds. Babcock & Brown Power will receive the generation assets, which will increase its exposure to the spot electricity market. It has forecast that its distribution for 2008 will be $A0.261 per share, up from a previous prediction of $A0.24 per share.
