Jul 04, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian dairy and fruit juice assets may change hands again. Japan's Kirin Holdings is considering buying the National Foods and Berri businesses from Philippines-based San Miguel Corporation. The deal would be worth more than $A2bn.
