Australasian Business Intelligence, July, 2007
Byline: Robert Harley
Jul 05, 2007 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Insurance Australia Group (IAG), advised by Laing & Simmons, will lease an entire office block in Parramatta. According to the MD of Grosvenor International, Rob Kerr, IAG's lease is an excellent outcome for its joint venture with Leighton Properties. Although IAG would like to be carbon-neutral by 2012 - and has five-star tenancies in Perth and Adelaide under the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating - it has accepted a 4.5 star for its Parramatta office.
