Jul 08, 2007 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian telco Singtel Optus is about to roll out a new advertising campaign that centres on customer feedback. Under the tagline "We hear you", the strategy includes web sites, TV spots and billboards, as well as ambient marketing in major capital cities.
