Jul 10, 2007 (CA Charter - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Phillip Green was judged the "Outstanding Chartered Accountant in Business" in Australia in 2007. Green, who has degrees in accounting and law from University of New South Wales, is CEO of Babcock & Brown. The investment bank was one of Green's clients in his previous role at Arthur Anderson, where he was a senior manager specialising in tax. Green began the start-up process for Babcock & Brown 23 years ago and was made CEO 2.5 years ago. The global institution has over 1,000 staff.
