Masters of mining.

Australasian Business Intelligence, July, 2007

Byline: Tim Treadgold

Jul 10, 2007 (BRW - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The CEOS of seven of Australia's largest mining firms are unanimous in their view that the current resources boom will endure. They are: Andrew Forrest, the CEO of Fortescue Metals), Peter Johnston (Minara Resources), Greg Gailey (Zinifex), Chip Goodyear (BHP Billiton), Owen Hegarty (Oxiana), Tom Albanese (Rio Tinto), and Brian Gilbertson (Pallinghurst Resources). Their belief in the boom's longevity is based on a combination of continued demand from countries like India and China and problems with meeting that demand.
