Jul 16, 2007 (Weekly Tax Bulletin - ABIX via COMTEX) -- On 6 July 2007, the Australian Taxation Office released four Practice Statements (ATO PS). These four documents are: ATO ID 2007/139 "Excise Manufacture: oil recycling"; ATO ID 2007/140 "Car Fringe Benefits: operating cost method - calculating taxable value when minor benefits that are exempt benefits are provided"; ATO ID 2007/141 "Exempt Benefits: work related medical examinations"; and ATO ID 2007/142 "Capital Works: expenditure on acquiring land".
