May 06, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Macquarie Office Trust (MOT) is preparing to sell its One California Plaza property in the US at a significant loss, according to "The Wall Street Journal". The newspaper said a number of companies were considering the property, including CB Richard Ellis Investors and DivcoWest. MOT refused to comment on the report.
