Melinda Upton, an intellectual property (IP) partner at Blake Dawson, advises corporations to pay more attention to brand protection. Katrina Rathie, an intellectual property partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, has reported a sharp rise in disputes related to IP and brand protection.
