Battle for loyalty intensifies.

Jun 01, 2009 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Richard Umbers, GM customer engagement, says Woolworths' expansion of its Everyday Rewards customer loyalty program will be cost-neutral, as increased patronage will make up for the investment in the linking of the scheme to the Qantas Frequent Flyer business. An eventual inclusion of the petrol retailing venture with Caltex is also planned.
