Jun 03, 2009 (The West Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Perth Children's Court judge Denis Reynolds has imposed a new 12-month conditional release order on, and mandated supervision and psychological counselling for, a repeat offender who is just 14 years old. The girl's latest breach was to absent herself from a care placement and fail to appear in court. Lawyer Peter Collins claims the client has changed markedly and now appears to be genuinely remorseful, after committing in excess of 70 offences in the past.
