Jun 03, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- South Australian Treasurer, Kevin Foley, has acknowledged that private companies may not be able to raise the finance to contribute to the development of a new $A1.7 billion hospital in Adelaide. Health Minister, John Hill, said in May 2009 that the Government planned to build the hospital through a public-private partnership deal, although Foley has now expressed concern about the private sector's ability to source the funds.
