Rachel O'Connor, director of knowledge at Allens Arthur Robinson, says the downturn has prompted the firm to restructure its knowledge management team. Janet Young, the COO at Freehills, says knowledge managers, as everyone in the firm, must play a useful role, otherwise they are redundant.
