Bad debts pose risk to Big Four, says UBS.

Jun 08, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The underlying value in Australian banks continues to be affected by volatile property and asset prices. Non-performing loans are highest in the hospitality, property and construction sectors. Banks can take some solace in that bad or questionable debts remain at only 0.6% of personal loans.
