Jun 10, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Steve Lerche, of CB Richard Ellis, says demand remains for well-anchored neighbourhood shopping centres priced below $A25m. A private investor has acquired the Green Point Shopping Centre from the APN Regional Property Fund for $A8.4m. Meanwhile, Centro MCS 14 has offloaded Centro Kinkumber on a passing yield of 7.7 per cent. The proceeds of both sales will be used to reduce debt.
